What’s included in your Rugby Safe Proactive licence

When your club signs up to Proactive, the club gets 12 months full access to the system which includes:

  • 60 Licences for use across the club
  • Central dashboard for club officers (Chair, Doctor, Grounds Staff etc.)
  • Individual dashboards available for each team – with unlimited team “groups”
  • Unlimited reporting using the report options above.

Purchase insurance with UK Coaching and you’ll now have access to a simple, easy to use digital solution for completing reports and checklists, which will help improve the safety of your coaching and delivery.

Proactive work closely with Howden on a variety of projects. As a leading insurer within the sport and leisure sector Howden have a portfolio of NGB’s and sports organisations who have easy access to Proactive’s reporting, procedural, and risk management support. In partnership with Howden, Proactive has delivered for The RFU, Swim England, British Judo, England Basketball, and UK Coaching.

Activate deliver programmes to over 10,000 young people every year including holiday camps, the National Citizen Service, and the Holiday Activity & Food Programme. Proactive is used for every project and is an essential part of the Activate risk management and reporting process.

As well as using the Proactive reporting system for reporting incidents the team in California also utilise Proactive’s skills in other areas. Proactive design, build, and deliver online training for coaches as well as supporting the core management team with procedure writing support.
